Brian’s background in Supply Chain and Logistics spans more than twenty years, three continents, and multiple industries in roles encompassing inventory, technology, operations, transport and project management.
Brian has been in Australia for more than seventeen years and has been a member of the ASCLA for the vast majority of this time, progressing through the role of State President to a position representing WA on the association’s National Board.
He’s extremely grateful for the networking, educational opportunities and career development that membership of the ASCLA has afforded him and relished the prospect of developing more industry leaders.

David is a passionate Logistician with 30+ years’ experience and is still learning and studying,
He is focused on developing People, Relationships & Organisational Teams by empowering to provide customer focused Logistics solutions
David is currently the Global National Logistics Manager, L3 Harris IMSA. His previous experience includes Logistics optimisation management for various companies, Managing Director of a 3PL for over 14 years, Transport, Consulting ,Warehouse & Distribution Center Management- Consumer Goods
Production Management - Manufacturing
David believes in giving back to the Industry through his role as an active SCLAA Committee member, currently WA President
Mentoring - Sharing Skill Knowledge & Experience
AVID – International Development as Productivity Specialist, Business Advisor
His personal interests include Hockey Officiating Development at National & State levels, Family, Travel, Gardening, Flying, Helping others.
WHY JOIN A COMMITTEE?
When you are a financial member of the association, you can apply to become a committee member and support the growth and development of the profession and Association. Every committee has a chairperson, secretary, treasurer, and head of different purpose driven chapters including; membership, education, national awards, social events, regional development, TDL round table and marketing. There are also sub-committees working on projects such as Women in Logistics, Mentoring programs, Career development and practical industry training programmes.
Joining a Committee can lead to progression to President role-managing the division Committee and providing valuable insight from members to the ASCLA Board and ASCLA's long term strategy.
