With a focus on mentoring and coaching teams, Martin applies a powerful blend of leadership skills consisting of emotional intelligence, business systems analysis, and P&L management designed to optimize processes, drive rigorous product development efforts, and introduce innovative, disruptive technology products to market. He thrives in supporting organisations with dynamically changing environments that require focused decision-making, a growth mindset and a passion towards technology.
Martin is currently the ACT & Southern NSW Regional Director for Supply Chain and Logistics Association of Australia; Training, Education and Development Committee Member for Supply Chain & Logistics Association of Australia; Advisory Board Member for Regional Development Australia, ACT; Advisory Board Member for Greatest Good Marketplace, and previously a board advisor for several private organisations as well as previously Industry Advisory Board Member of Macquarie University’s Online MBA program, which was awarded CEO Magazine’s number 1 Online MBA program in Australia and number 6 globally. He also played an instrumental role in his organisation achieving the 2016 Australia Good Design award and the 2017 World Changing Ideas Award for Most Innovative Consumer Product and has been awarded patents within the telecommunications and medical industries.
