Julian Brancaccio

NSW Director & Board Member

Experience

Julian Brancaccio has been appointed NSW State Director (late 2024) His leadership within the Association  pans five years, including a successful three-year tenure as the NSW State President

Julian’s journey in the supply chain and logistics sector began as a Business Development Manager at Cohesio Group, responsible for  he growth of cutting-edge automation and technology solutions. He then assumed the role of National Director of Sales for Australia and New Zealand at HAI Robotics, where he was instrumental in driving the adoption of robotics and automation across the region. Currently, Julian holds a Business Development role  at AutoStore, further cementing his expertise in warehouse automation and intelligent storage solutions.

With his deep industry knowledge, strategic vision, and passion for innovation, plus his vast network of associates, Julian will continue to play a pivotal role in advancing industry collaboration with the ASCLA and  impact the Australian logistics and supply chain landscape.

Experience

Alice Brimicombe is the Business Development Director at Demand Management Systems (DMS) and NSW President of the ASCLA.

With more than 30 years’ experience across finance, operations, business development and supply chain, Alice brings a practical, commercially focused approach to helping businesses reduce complexity, strengthen planning capability, improve resilience and support better business outcomes.

At DMS, Alice works alongside leading supply chain specialists to help organisations improve forecasting, inventory management, decision-making, and operational performance by aligning people, processes, and technology. Her work supports businesses at different stages of their supply chain maturity journey, from identifying gaps and mitigating risk through to building more agile, connected and resilient supply chains.

Through her role with ASCLA NSW, Alice is passionate about creating opportunities for professionals to connect, learn and grow, while supporting the advancement of the supply chain and logistics industry through collaboration, innovation and shared success.

Alice is also a strong advocate for mental health, resilience and backing yourself, believing that becoming your best version is just as important as building a better business.

When you are a financial member of the association, you can apply to become a committee member and support the growth and development of the profession and Association. Every committee has a chairperson, secretary, treasurer, and head of different purpose driven chapters including; membership, education, national awards, social events, regional development, TDL round table and marketing. There are also sub-committees working on projects such as Women in Logistics, Mentoring programs, Career development and practical industry training programmes.

Joining a Committee can lead to progression to President role-managing the division Committee and providing valuable insight from members to the ASCLA Board and ASCLA's long term strategy.

Events Co-ordination & ManagementEvent coordinators, also known as event specialists or event planners, are responsible for every aspect of event planning. Their main duties include selecting venues, determining the cost, arranging event services, and monitoring client approval.
Memberships & Partnerships LiaisonThe Partnership and Membership Director will lead a new business unit to cultivate and foster strategic relationships and partnerships.
Finance/TreasurerThe Treasurer has a watchdog role over all aspects of financial management, working closely with other members of the Management Committee to safeguard the organisation's finances.
