Outgoing Leadership & Strong Foundations
I want to express my deepest gratitude to our inaugural CEO, Steven Ballerini, who stepped down to focus on family commitments after a year of dedicated leadership. Steve’s strong leadership, exceptional work ethic, and commitment have been instrumental in establishing the solid foundation we have today. On behalf of the entire board and community, we thank Steve for his lasting contributions and wish him every success.

Today, ASCLA stands strong because of all our members across various roles who have worked tirelessly over many years to bring us to where we are today. Whether serving on committees, leading state divisions, or championing industry initiatives, your energy and relentless effort are the true backbone of our association.
