Originally from Colombia, where Paula obtained her degree in Industrial Engineering, she then moved to Australia 16 years ago to complete her Master’s in Logistics and Supply Chain Management. With over 10 years of experience in planning, she is passionate about sustainability, continuous improvement, and empowering others. Outside of work, Paula enjoys challenging her body and mind through exercise and follows a plant-based lifestyle to reduce her environmental footprint. |

Lauren Smedley – Director, Bronte Co Lauren is a mum of two energetic boys who keep her busy on the sidelines of multiple sports. She is also a passionate advocate for the deaf and hard-of-hearing community, inspired by her youngest son, who was born deaf and is now thriving with bilateral cochlear implants. |
