Leading Enterprise Excellence Book Launch

Brad Jeavons is launching his next book Leading Enterprise Excellence Book at RUD, Larapinta QLD a leading Australian manufacturer of chain lifting systems. Chris Butterworth will also be attending the book launch, where Brad and Chris will overview the new book and share an update on Leading Excellence and the Shingo Publication Award it just won. This book is the sequel on the critical systems to create a culture of continuous improvement and innovation for ideal results.

There will be an opportunity to meet with Chris Butterworth and Brad Jeavons and view RUD who are a global chain manufacturer and distributor of equipment and are leaders in Enterprise Excellence. RUD is on a great excellence journey focused on leadership behaviours and key systems.

SPEAKERS

    CHRIS BUTTERWORTH is a multi-award-winning author, international speaker, and coach. He is a certified Shingo Institute Academy Member, Faculty Fellow, master trainer, and examiner. He coaches executive teams and transfers continuous improvement knowledge across all levels of an organisation. Chris is a winner of the Best New Speaker of the Year Award for The Executive Connection (TEC) for his talk on Lean Thinking. He is the co-author of four widely acclaimed Shingo publication- award-winning books: 4+1: Embedding a culture of continuous improvement, The essence of excellence—Creating a culture of continuous improvement, Why bother—Why and how to assess your continuous improvement culture and Why care? How thriving individuals create thriving organisations. He is co-author of the best-selling book Leading Excellence, the 5 hats of the adaptive leader and the editor of the Shingo Institute book Enterprise alignment and results.

    BRAD JEAVONS is a facilitator and coach who helps organisations create cultures of continuous improvement and innovation towards their goals and who and what they serve. Brad’s purpose is to help organisations create a better future economically, socially, and environmentally for future generations. Brad is a Shingo Academy member and the host of the Enterprise Excellence Podcast and Community. Brad is the author of the book Agile sales, delivering customer journeys of value and delight. Brad is a certified trainer and coach with the Lean Competency System (LCS) and the Agile Education Program. Brad is uniquely capable at facilitating and coaching individuals and teams at all levels of an organisation to help them define their path and improvement approaches, creating empowerment, energy, and commitment to achieving sustainable growth and performance. He is co-author of the best-selling book Leading Excellence, the 5 hats of the adaptive leader.
