Irene Martinez Gonzalez – Senior Product Manager, Amazon

Irene is a Senior Product Manager at Amazon, leading Amazon SEND— a core logistics program delivering faster, more cost-effective fulfillment for sellers. She drives product launches and program execution at the intersection of logistics, technology, and customer obsession.
Previously, she was a Senior Supply Chain Consultant at KPMG, leading engagements across supply chain strategy, S&OP/IBP, ERP implementations, and digital transformation for major organisations. Earlier in her career, she managed import operations at a freight forwarding company, working in Mandarin to support sellers’ logistics needs.
With experience across China, Spain, and Australia, she has held hands-on and leadership roles in logistics, freight forwarding, and warehouse project management. She is also the NSW President of the Australasian Supply Chain & Logistics Association. Fluent in Spanish, English, French, and Mandarin, she brings a global mindset and a passion for turning complexity into clarity.

Kari Banick – Chief Operating Officer, Blackwoods (a Wesfarmers Company)

Kari Banick is the COO at Blackwoods within Wesfarmers Industrial Safety overseeing operations and supply chain, own brand global sourcing, ESG, Data Quality Governance, ePMO and Indigenous Affairs. She emigrated from the US to Australia over thirteen years ago, bringing over 30 years of experience across multiple industries including Retail, Wholesale, Airline, FMCG, 3PL, and Transport. Previously, she spent 22 years at Supervalu in the US, where she led the first automated site in Minneapolis and has held senior roles in distribution, finance and retail operations. Kari is recognized as a global expert in supply chain operations, technology, and automation, having delivered pioneering automated wholesale grocery operations in Australia and multiple automated sites for Linfox customers. She is committed to mentorship, sponsorship, and allyship.

John Kelly – CEO, Logic Health

John Kelly is a senior executive with more than 20 years’ experience across logistics, healthcare and government environments. He has held senior leadership roles with organisations including TNT, Australia Post and Aspen Medical, where he played a key role in driving accelerated growth, strengthening commercial performance and leading complex, nationally significant programs while building high-performing teams. 
As CEO of Logic Health, John leads a business that supports the transport and logistics sector through critical services including pre-employment medicals and ongoing health surveillance. His background in the industry provides a strong understanding of customer environments, operational pressures and risk settings, which informs how Logic partners with employers to protect workforce health and performance.

Nicole Dixon – Chief Product & Technology Officer, Ofload
