To be eligible, nominees must:

• Reside in NSW or ACT
• Work in, contribute to, or influence the supply chain and logistics sector
• Demonstrate achievement that reflects positive change, industry or community uplift, support for others, and the values of International Women's Day (equity, empowerment, courage, resilience, inclusion)

Nominators may upload up to four (4) supporting items to strengthen their submission.

Supporting documents should be concise, relevant, and directly connected to the achievements described in the nomination.

Accepted Supporting Items (Maximum of 4 total)

One Letter of Support (Maximum 1 page)
From a manager, colleague, mentee, client, or industry peer

Evidence of Impact (Maximum 2 pages total across all evidence)
Examples include:

• Brief project summaries
• KPI improvements or measurable outcomes
• Short case studies

One Public Profile Link
Such as a LinkedIn profile, published article, interview, or podcast appearance

Summary of Awards or Recognition
A brief list only

Do Not Include:

• More than four items
• Long reports, pitch decks, brochures, or promotional material
• Confidential internal documents
• Multiple letters of support
• Zip folders or multiple attachments exceeding the specified limits

Gathering Evidence That Will Help the Judges

To create a strong submission:

• Be specific: Use concrete examples with numbers, outcomes, and timeframes
• Show impact: Explain what changed because of this person's work
• Tell stories: Real examples are more powerful than general statements
• Keep it focused: Answer the question asked — quality over quantity
• Proofread: Clear, well-written nominations make the strongest impression

Judges assess nominations based on clarity, specific examples, and demonstrated impact.

Strong evidence includes:

• Mentorship stories with measurable outcomes
• Feedback from peers, team members, or mentees
• Concrete examples of creating opportunities for others
• Contributions to community or industry initiatives (volunteering, speaking engagements, committee work)
• Actions that improved workplace culture, inclusion, or wellbeing
• Advocacy efforts supporting women or underrepresented groups
• Tangible outcomes of support provided (e.g., confidence gains, promotions, successful projects)

Tip: Quality matters more than quantity. Focus on impact, not volume.

The strongest nominations paint a clear picture. Judges want to see:

• The challenge. What problem or opportunity existed?
• The action. What did this person specifically do?
• The impact. What measurable difference did it make?
• The ripple effect. How did it benefit others or the broader industry?
