ABOUT THIS EVENT

The last mile is no longer just about completing the delivery—it’s becoming a key driver of customer experience, operational performance and competitive advantage.

According to the Eye on the Last Mile APAC Report, delivery costs have increased by 18.9%, while customer expectations continue to evolve, with 40% of consumers prioritising delivery predictability over speed (22%). At the same time, 48% of operators are expanding outsourced delivery capacity, and 78% are progressing on their AI maturity journey, highlighting a shift toward more agile, data-driven delivery networks.

Join this executive discussion to explore how leading organisations are responding to these changes by balancing cost, capacity and customer experience, and how AI is enabling better visibility, smarter decision-making and more resilient last-mile operations. Learn practical strategies Australian organisations can apply to turn delivery into a lasting competitive advantage.
