The site produces up to 18 tonnes of chilled desserts per shift, backed by a $13 million investment in fully automated production technology.

Founded by Paul Polly, PDP has grown from a single-pot operation into a leading innovator across chilled desserts and snacks. The company holds a 59% national market share in the chilled dessert category at Woolworths and is recognised by major retail partners as a driver of category growth through new pack formats and flavour innovation.

Wicked Sister products are distributed nationally across Woolworths, Coles, ALDI, Metcash and independent retailers in Australia, with distribution in New Zealand through Pak’nSave, Countdown and New World. Through an exclusive long-term partnership with a leading European dairy dessert manufacturer, PDP has access to specialised multi-layered dessert technology, enabling formats not previously seen in the Australian and New Zealand markets.

Behind the brand sits a robust supply chain and logistics operation, managing everything from inbound raw materials through to national distribution, supporting major retail partners and export customers with reliable, high-volume delivery. PDP continues to invest in transport and warehouse capability to keep pace with the brand’s growth.

PDP’s team has grown to more than 100 staff, supported by more than 30 sales representatives nationally, spanning manufacturing, R&D, supply chain, sales and marketing. The business continues to invest in its innovation pipeline, with plans to extend into new formats, categories and flavour extensions.
