The annual ASCLA Industry Awards gala dinner recognises the outstanding achievements of supply chain and logistics professionals and organisations across Australasia, celebrating industry excellence and championing collaboration, innovation, and success.
These prestigious Awards have been running for over 60 years making them the most sought after, recognised and influential awards across the Australasian Supply Chain, Logistics and Transport industries.

Megan Corfield – Founder and CEO, Glass Ladder
Megan is a corporate and leadership strategist who helps organisations build commercially astute leaders capable of navigating complexity, uncertainty and rapid change. Through her keynotes, advisory work and executive development programs, she helps leaders strengthen their commercial influence, enterprise mindset and ability to lead with impact.
Drawing on more than 25 years in executive leadership across energy, professional services, government and major events, Megan combines deep commercial expertise with a practical understanding of what it takes to lead people through growth, disruption and transformation. Her executive career includes C-Suite roles with ERM Power (Shell Energy) and PwC, Director-General of Tourism and the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games in Queensland, and CEO of Brisbane’s Sustainability Agency.
Today, Megan is Founder and CEO of Glass Ladder, where she works with organisations to develop high-performing leaders and future executives. She also is Chair of the Board of International Parking Group and Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee at Unitywater and has had over 12 different board roles over the last 10 years.
Recognised as an AFR Women of Influence and Telstra Queensland Business Woman of the Year, Megan is known for delivering energetic, practical and thought-provoking keynotes that challenge conventional thinking and leave audiences with ideas they can put into action immediately.
